Donations:

• Please enter detailed information about your item. The information you provide will be included in the Silent Auction Catalog and the Online Bidding Website

• Please list any restrictions, expirations dates, or black out dates, if needed.

• Include Sizes or Dimensions of your item if needed. (Ex:16 oz Cold Brew Starbucks cup, 16 in x 20 in Framed Art, 4 Quart Crockpot).

• All items should be new and in the original packaging.  We will make exceptions for UNIQUE and ONE OF A KIND items such as a worn Ichiro Jersey

• If you are donating a service, such as a massage, music lessons, home repair/remodel, car detailing,  please include detailed information about your service (Dates, What does your service include? How should the auction winner contact you?).

• If you are donating a party/event tickets (kid's homemade pizza party or wine tasting experience), please include details on what to expect. Date? Restrictions? Indoors? Adults only? Who to contact to redeem?

Gift Certificates:

• If you are donating a Service, Party, or Sports/Theater tickets, we will gladly create a Gift Certificate on your behalf. In the description box, please include information on how the winner should redeem their item. 
• If you would like to send us your own gift certificate, please email a PDF to hi-liners@hi-liners.org. 
• If you have a physical gift certificate, please email hi-liners@hi-liners.org to arrange for it to be picked up or dropped off.
